Transformational growth.

It starts with a process of inquiry, digging deeply into your sense of purpose, your needs and your dreams. We connect you to a vision of how you want to work and live. Then we develop the practices that help get you there.

Heyman Partners works with clients that have reached a crossroad in their professional or personal lives and are ready to explore -- and design -- what's next. We enable them to tap the significant sources of wealth -- financial, intellectual and creative -- that exist to make great things happen, and empower them to break down the barriers that impede success.

Most boundaries between life and career are artificial and arbitrary. Our integrative approach recognizes and embraces the overlap between the professional and the personal. We've designed a comprehensive approach to strengthening the performance and fulfillment of individuals and teams -- one that enables our clients to create bold solutions that harness inspiration from all facets of life.

We begin with a process of inquiry and intense personal engagement, design a structured approach to define goals, and create a road map for sustainabilityOur offering includes a practical, goal-oriented program that puts the client’s desires, talents and concerns at the center. Through a combination of best practices in business and personal growth, we partner with our clients to transform their lives and their institutions.

We offer our clients...

Connection

Our extensive relationships in business, philanthropic and social circles bring invaluable connections to our clients, creating unparalleled opportunities for growth and achievement. We draw on our interdisciplinary approach to connect the dots in innovative and highly productive ways, seeing connections and possibilities where others may not.

Integrity & Authenticity

We're deeply committed to honest, authentic relationships. Our work is grounded in respect for our clients, their mission and the people they serve. We encourage our clients to communicate with transparency, confidence and generosity.

Design Excellence

Clients benefit directly and in meaningful ways from our belief in, and emphasis on, the importance of aesthetics in the life of an institution and an individual. Design matters. We weave this into coaching, advisory and facilitation solutions that reflect the elegance of superior quality, simplicity and efficiency.

Abundance

Our experience confirms that resources and opportunities become available and market share expands when there is an alignment of mission, vision, talent and message.

Fun

We have a lot of fun in our work, and love collaborating with our clients as they transform their institutions, their communities and their lives. We find great joy in our shared humanity and know that by not taking ourselves too seriously, even while pursuing important work, the experience is richer and more sustainable.
